All goods remain the sole property of Cover in Style. Prices given are for the hire of goods for one day only and will be collected by Cover in Style. Set up is FREE within a 20 mile area of our base, however if the venue is outside this area a small travel fee will be charged.
A booking deposit is required to ensure your chosen date is secure. In the event of a cancellation this deposit is none refundable. If however you re-book for another date this deposit can be tranfered to the new booking.
A further refundable deposit is also required which providing there is no loss or damage to our goods will be returned within 10 days after your event once, all goods are collected and checked.
Any outstanding balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.
Final numbers must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to event otherwise original numbers agreed must be paid for in full.
We understand that sometimes accidents happen,if in the unlikely event items are permanently damaged due to spillage of food or drink or lost Cover in Style reserve the right to charge the following.
Chair Cover £10.00 each. Sash £8.00 each. Table Runner £5.00 each. Flower £3.00 each. Buckles £8.00 each. Any Glassare or centrepiece item £30.00 per item. Mirror plate £10.00 each. Table linnen £15.00 per cloth. Bay trees £50.00 each. Lights £20.00 per set. Centre piece candles £15.00 each Wedding wish tree £150
However we do allow for the usual washable staining that may occur.
STARLIGHT BACKDROP Our Starlight Backdrop is set up by Cover in Style on your chosen date, however if you wish for it to be relocated during the day there will be a additional charge and prior notification to Cover in Style is needed.
Under no circumstances do we give permission to any venue or person the right to relocate.
